Documentation
Activation, the full default hotkey reference, file requirements, and troubleshooting.
Getting started
After install, Tracky opens with a short "Welcome to Tracky!" walkthrough. From there:
- Choose a built-in game pack (League of Legends, Dota 2, Smite, Minecraft) or start from a blank grid.
- Open Settings (default hotkey: Home) to set your grid layout, background, and transparency.
- Bind the hotkeys you'll actually use. Most people start with show/hide, one or two profile slots, and Copy Timers.
- Save your setup to a profile slot so you're not rebuilding it next session.
Activation
Tracky works fully on the Free tier with no activation step: every game pack, all 5 profiles, and the full hotkey system are already unlocked. Activating a paid license removes the daily ad and unlocks Room mode.
- Buy a tier from the pricing page. Your license key is emailed to you right after checkout.
- In Tracky, open Settings → Activate.
- Paste your key (format:
TRACKY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and confirm. - Tracky checks in periodically and caches the result, so it still works offline for a while between checks.
Lost your key? Look it up anytime from your account page by email.
Hotkey reference
Every hotkey is rebindable from Settings → Hotkeys. Here's what ships pre-bound versus what you assign yourself.
Pre-bound by default

File requirements
Images
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, BMP.
- Icon slots must be square; non-square uploads are cropped or letterboxed to fit.
- Backgrounds accept any aspect ratio.
Sounds
- Custom sound files must be .wav.
- Each of the 6 sound events (hover, timer-complete, low-time, teleport, startup, checkbox) has its own file and volume slider.
Troubleshooting
My custom sound won't play
Double-check the file is a .wav; other audio formats aren't accepted for custom sounds.
My uploaded icon looks stretched
Icon slots are square. Crop your source image to a 1:1 ratio before uploading for a clean fit.
Click-through isn't working over my game
Click-through relies on standard Windows window layering. Some games running in exclusive fullscreen mode can interfere with any overlay, Tracky included; switching the game to borderless/windowed fullscreen usually resolves it.
Where are my settings stored?
Locally, per machine, in your Windows user profile (a .Tracky folder); nothing is synced to the cloud today, which is also why device-swapping needs a quick re-activation.
