Yes: every game pack, all custom art, all 5 profiles, and the full hotkey system work on the Free tier. Free shows one short ad a day; paid tiers remove it and add Room mode, for sharing live timers with friends. See Pricing.

Tracky doesn't read game memory or game files, doesn't inject code into any game, and doesn't automate anything: every timer starts because you clicked it or pressed a hotkey. To a game it is just another window on your desktop.

That said, each game's publisher decides which third-party tools it allows, and some publishers restrict tools that help you track your opponents' cooldowns, even manual ones. We can't promise that Tracky is allowed in every game or that using it can never affect your game account, so check the rules of the games you play and use Tracky in line with them.

Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) today. Tracky isn't available on macOS or Linux; the overlay depends on Windows-specific window behavior.

Yes: it's frameless and transparent, which plays well with OBS and similar capture software. Plenty of the built-in use cases (BRB screens, subathon timers) are aimed squarely at streaming setups.

Yes. The game packs are just presets; any slot in the grid accepts your own image, so you can build a custom set of timers for anything: another game, tabletop sessions, or non-gaming timers entirely.

Two PCs per license at the same time (settings and profiles are stored locally on each PC, so each activation is tied to a specific machine). Manage your activated devices from your account page; deactivate one there to free up a slot for a new machine.

You'll get an email and a short grace period to update your payment method before your license drops back to Free. Manage billing anytime from your account page.

Yes. You can cancel a subscription anytime from your account page; it stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. To move to a different plan, cancel the current one and buy the new one, and write to support if you'd like help with the overlap.

On launch, if you have 0 banked ad-free days, you'll see one short ad before Tracky opens; watching it banks you 1 ad-free day. You can watch up to 5 more per day to bank extra days ahead (capped at 30 banked), and a 3-day launch streak earns a bonus day. Banked days are spent silently with no ad shown until they run out.

Not directly, but banking extra days by watching a few ads ahead of time gets you multiple ad-free launches in a row.

No. Tracky doesn't read anything from the games you play; every timer starts because you clicked it or hit a hotkey. Your profiles and settings are stored locally on your machine. See the Privacy Policy for what account and billing data purchasing a license involves.

No account needed to install or use the Free tier. Buying a paid tier only needs an email address, for license delivery and lookup.
