In Room mode you create a room and share its code; everyone who joins gets the same timers, and when anyone starts one, it starts on every screen in the same second. Everyone in a room needs a paid plan. Everything else (every game pack, custom art, all 5 profiles, the full hotkey system) is already unlocked on Free.
Yes, any time, from your account page. You'll keep ad-free access until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop back to Free.
Yes: it's a single purchase, not a subscription. No renewal, nothing to cancel later.
Each license can be active on a small number of devices at once (your settings and profiles are stored locally per machine, not synced to the cloud). See the FAQ page for the current limit and how to swap devices.
